Is there a contract?

No. Monthly plans roll month to month and you can cancel any time. Annual billing lowers the price — it doesn’t add a lock-in.

What happens when the team allowance runs out?

Calls and messages keep working. Usage beyond the pool is billed at the printed rates above, and you can see the running total in the app before the invoice arrives.

Which CRMs does it work with?

Pipedrive today, done properly. More CRMs are on the roadmap.
